To enhance the sensitivity of a radiation detector and a radiographic imaging device.
A gamma camera 10a consists of a semiconductor element 74, which surrounds a rod-like anode 72a and contacts the anode 72a for entering the radiation, and a plurality of the radiation detection elements 71a having a cathode 73a mounted on the outer surface of the semiconductor element 74. The radiation detecting element 71a is fixed removably to a holding part H of a detector module board 42a. The holding part H has an anode spring electrode 55b contacting the anode 72a and a cathode spring electrode 55a contacting the cathode 73a. A collimator, forming the plurality of the radiation paths mounted corresponding to the plurality of radiation detecting elements 71a, is mounted at the radiation input side of the plurality of radiation detecting elements 71a. A γ-ray detection signal, output from the anode 72a, is transmitted to a data processing device via the anode spring electrode 55b.
