To provide a simulation model creation apparatus capable of further simply and efficiently performing combining processing of function models having mutually different coordinate systems.

In the apparatus for creating an entity model corresponding to an entity by combining function models corresponding to a plurality of components set in each prescribed function as elements configuring an entity to be simulated, coordinate transformation coefficients in the inherent coordinate systems of respective function models are set, and in mutually combining function models having mutually different coordinate systems by a pair of input/output status amounts, system equations corresponding to respective function models are combined through the coordinate transformation coefficients.
