To provide an axle module with stabilized quality by improving workability for assembling to a vehicle, and preventing damage of parts at the time of disassembly/assembly.

This axle module comprises a bearing for a wheel having an outer member 7 welded to a vehicle body mounting flange 7c fixed to a knuckle N, a constant-speed universal joint 3 connected with the bearing for the wheel, a drive shaft connected with it one one end, and a constant-speed universal joint 22 connected with the other end of the shaft. The knuckle N is equipped with an inside diameter part 36 formed larger in diameter than an outside diameter Da of the outer member 7 and a maximum outside diameter Db of the constant-speed universal joint, and a mounting flange 30 on an outer periphery. A notch 37 opened to the inside diameter part 36 is formed, and the width of the notch 37 is formed larger than the width of a vehicle body mounting flange 7c. Under a condition that the vehicle body flange 7c is fitted with the notch 37, the knuckle N is fastened with the vehicle body mounting flange 7c.
