Title:
流体状サンプルを受取る装置およびその使用方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4608500
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
The receptacle (1), to hold and transport liquid samples, has a cavity (3) at one end of a rod (2) which opens out through the end base. The cavity has a capacity of 0.1 picoliter to 1.0 microliter and especially 1-50 nanoliters. The receptacle (1), to hold and transport liquid samples, has a cavity (3) at one end of a rod (2) which opens out through the end base. The cavity has a capacity of 0.1 picoliter to 1.0 microliter and especially 1-50 nanoliters. The end of the receptacle has a hydrophobic zone (8) next to the cavity opening, and a hydrophilic zone (4,5) which is next to the first zone and at least partially covering the cavity base. The end of the receptacle is immersed into the fluid up to the surface, and the cavity retains a portion of the fluid by capillary action. The hydrophobic zone extends into the cavity as far as its base without covering it completely and/or extends on an outer wall (10).
