To provide a medical treatment information distributing method which makes versatility and maintainability compatible.

A plurality of medical treatment information data of which has a not versatile image format and is created by an electronic medical record creation system (K) are captured and preserved in a storage unit (3) and in response to a distribution request from a reference terminal (Ta), medical treatment information data related to the distribution request are read and converted into image data by a rendering unit (6). Distribution image data of a versatile image format obtained by adding access information and tampering prevention information to the image data are then created and these distribution image data are distributed. The distribution image data and a distribution log are preserved. Since the distribution image data of the versatile image format are distributed, a general PC can refer to medical treatment information, and versatility is improved. Distribution image data of the versatile image format are to be created just for actual distribution in response to a distribution request, so that maintainability is also improved.
