Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat type stretcher capable of varying the bending state with superior operability and advantageously lessening the load of a sick and wounded person laid on a placing part. SOLUTION: An operating member 60 is disposed on one end side of a pair of support rods 10, 10 put in the bending state to offer a seat form by rotation of three pipe members 20, 22, 24 rotatably connected to each other. Rotating position select means 27, 40 for selecting one of plural rotating positions of the pipe members 20, 22, 24 including the rotating position for realizing the bending state, inhibiting free rotation of the pipe members 20, 22, 24, and fixing the selected rotating position are disposed in the connecting regions between the pipe members 20, 22, 24 adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the support rod 10. The operating means 60 and the rotating position select means 27, 40 are connected to each other, whereby with the operation of the operating member 60, the rotating positions of the respective pipe members 20, 22, 24 by the rotating position select means 27, 40 are fixed by an acting member 68.
