To provide a method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor element which exhibits an improved adhesiveness of its electrode layer, by preventing a repelling phenomenon when an organic solvent-based conductive paste is layered on a semiconductor layer or an aqueous solvent-based conductive paste layer.
The method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor includes a process wherein the organic solvent-based conductive paste is layered on the semiconductor layer or the aqueous solvent-based conductive paste layer. In this case, the semiconductor layer or the aqueous solvent-based conductive paste layer is exposed in an atmosphere of organic solvent before layering the organic solvent-based conductive paste.
