To provide a common mode filter capable of positively increasing impedance.
The common mode filter has two coil conductors each including a coil conductor 21, and a plurality of insulating layers each including insulating layer 9 laminated so as to sandwich each of coil conductors. The coil conductors 21 have substantially circular spiral portions 23 spirally formed. An inside insulation eliminating section 36 for forming a closed magnetic path in which a through hole 37 is formed and a magnetic material J is buried is provided on a portion corresponding to the inside region of the spiral portions 23 in the plurality of insulating layers including the insulating layer 9. Outside insulation eliminating sections 38 for forming a closed magnetic path in which a notch 39 is formed and a magnetic material J is buried are provided in fours on a portion corresponding to the inside region of the spiral portions 23 in the plurality of insulating layers including the insulating layer 9. The eliminating section 38 is provided on a portion corresponding to four corner portions of a substantially rectangle virtual line S of surrounding the spiral portions 23.
