To provide an apparatus which can quickly and objectively judge the degree of the mental immunity of a subject while being less dependent on the potential of a judging person.
A biological information measuring instrument 2 acquires the biological information of the subject. An attractor constituting means 4 constitutes an n-dimensional chaos attractor from the acquired biological information. A Lyapunov index calculating means 8 calculates the Lyapunov index from the n-chaos attractor which has been constituted, and calculates a representative Lyapnov index which represents respective dimensional lyapunov indexes. A representative characteristic value calculating means 10 calculates the characteristic value of the representative Lyapnov index from the time series of the representative Lyapunov index. A judging means 12 judges the degree of the mental immunity of the subject from the calculated characteristic value. Thus, the degree of the mental immunity of the subject can be judged from the biological information of the subject.
