To form a mesh easily and inexpensively in a mesh forming apparatus, an analysis apparatus and a mesh forming apparatus, which transform a structure having a three-dimensionally complicated shape pattern into a model to automatically form the mesh three-dimensionally.
With respect to the shape image of a structure, for instance, a shape image formed like a plate such as a circuit board in which a prescribed region in both of the front and back faces of the plate shape or any one face of the two faces has a shape partially raised as a rack shape in the thickness direction, the mesh forming apparatus forms three-dimensional meshes. The apparatus overlays the periphery of a raised portion region of the both faces of the front and back faces or any one face among the two faces in a plane, extracts two or more closed regions formed by overlaying each periphery, and forms two-dimensional meshes along the extracted closed regions, increase the thickness of the shape image after the forming of the two-dimensional meshes to form three-dimensional meshes.
