To provide a medical image processor which enables modifications of an enhanced frequency band and a degree of the enhancement in one image depending on a subject.

The enhanced frequency band and the degree of the enhancement are modified in one image depending on the subject by changing a ratio of synthesis at which a plurality of frequency-processed images are synthesized by image density. Since the relationship between the ratio of the synthesis and the image density differs at every facility where the image is read, the relationship is set depending on a site at every facility. Since the relationship is different in every image, the relationship is transformed by using the amount of characteristics of the image.
