Abstract:
To provide a synchronizing signal generator capable of simply realizing a frame rate with a degree of higher freedom.
A synchronizing system block 31 produces a synchronizing signal TS-m at a fixed frame rate and a synchronizing signal TS-c at a desired frame rate from a clock signal with a constant frequency. The synchronizing signal TS-c at the desired frame rate is produced from the clock signal with the constant frequency by varying the number of clocks of one frame by each frame. Even when the number of clock signals is varied by each frame, the number of lines of one frame is brought into a prescribed number of lines by varying the number of clock signals of one line by each line.
