Title:
回転電機の冷却構造
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4664737
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

To efficiently cool the rotor and stator of a motor, using a simple structure.

A notch 20b that extends radially is formed at a plurality of steel plates 20 constituting a rotor core 21. The steel plates 20 are laminated by shifting phase by 90°, respectively, to constitute a cooling oil path 27 extending radially. So, the oil in the cooling oil path 27, which is supplied through the interior of a rotor shaft 18 is energized under centrifugal force to flow efficiently toward the outside in the radial direction, for improved cooling efficiency of the rotor and stator. Further, the rotor core 21 is not required for machining to provide a complex cooling oil path, resulting in the reduced number of processes and in the processing cost. Since a permanent magnet support hole 20b formed at the rotor core 21 communicates with the cooling oil path 27, the oil that flows the cooling oil path 27 cools the permanent magnet 22, supported in the permanent magnet supporting hole 20b, for cooling the rotor in further efficient manner.
