To provide a solid polymer electrolyte composite film with little dimensional changes and excellent durability.
The solid polymer electrolyte composite film 1 is composed of solid polymer electrolyte layers 7 and a polyolefin porous film 8 which is made of solid polymer electrolyte filled in pores. The ratio of the thickness (t) of the polyolefin porous film 8 to the thickness (D) of the solid polymer electrolyte composite film 1 is 15 to 90%. On the solid polymer electrolyte composite film 1, the solid polymer electrolyte is an aromatic hydrocarbon group polymer compound having a side chain containing sulfoalkylate. A solid polymer electrolyte composite film/electrode junction and a fuel cell using the above composite film are provided.
