To provide a drum-type washing machine allowing a decrease in frequency of a balance process so as to shorten a rinsing process by supplying water by rotating a drum without stopping after dehydration in the rinsing process.
The drum-type washing machine has an outer tub 20 supported in a case 12; the drum 30 for storing laundry and rotating in a horizontal or an inclined state; a motor 34 for rotating the drum 30; a water discharging means 50 for directly pouring water on the laundry in the drum 30; a draining means 60 for draining water in the outer tub 20; and a control means 70 for controlling the motor 34, a water pouring means 42 and the draining means 50 in a washing process, the rinsing process and the dehydration process. In the rinsing process, the control means 70 controls so as to drive the motor 34 for rotating the drum 30 without stopping after dehydration, and to supply water by the water discharging means 50 and to drain water from the outer tub 20 by the draining means 60.
