To provide a wastewater treatment method which enables the efficient decomposition of an organic substance (for example, organic fluorine compound or the like), and a wastewater treatment equipment.
This wastewater treatment equipment comprises the execution of biological treatment in three stages to organic wastewater containing the organic fluorine compound by a first microbe tank 9, a second microbe tank 23 and an activated carbon adsorption tower 38, and introducing wastewater containing a micronano bubble from first, second and third micronano bubble generation tanks 3, 17 and 32 into each of the first microbe tank 9, the second microbe tank 23 and the activated carbon adsorption tower 38. Thereby, by sufficiently supplying the micronano bubble to each of the first microbe tank 9, the second microbe tank 23 and the activated carbon adsorption tower 38 to sufficiently activate a microbe, the organic fluorine compound can be decomposed by the microbe.
