Title:
高伸縮性不織布複合体およびその製造方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4686013
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly stretchable nonwoven fabric composite structure of high stretchability which is suitable for a diaper, a napkin, a base cloth of a sticking material and the like demanding high stretching and recovering properties in both longitudinal and lateral directions. SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric composite structure is manufactured by a method wherein a thermoplastic elastomer of polyolefin, polystyrene or polyurethane being melted is deposited as a 'sprayed fabric' layer, by spraying it continuously from nozzles, on a nonwoven fabric obtained by a process wherein a nonwoven web constituted mainly of fibers having latent crimping properties is made to bring forth spiral crimps by heating, or wherein the nonwoven fabric is further laminated in layers and contact-bonded by heating. Since reticulate fibrous layers of the elastic fibers can be integrated under the conditions of a relatively low temperature and a low air pressure, according to this method, fibrous materials of a wide range can be used stably and the equipment therefor can be made compact. Therefore the structure suitable for single use can be manufactured at a low cost.
