PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional computer graphics preparation supporting device or the like with which a general user can easily prepare a three-dimensional model of an object by using photographic surveying. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional computer graphics preparation support program consists of an integrated interface part 72, a photographic surveying part 73 and a VRML(virtual reality modeling language) file preparing part 74. The values of the three-dimensional coordinates of a point on an object can be acquired in such a manner that the surveying part 73 performs photographic surveying of images obtained by photographing the object to be a three- dimensional model of three-dimensional computer graphics from different directions. A three-dimensional model can be formed from an edited image provided by the interface part 72 by using these three-dimensional coordinates values. The formed three-dimensional model is made to be a VRML file with the preparing part 74 and outputted.
