Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a program, and a server for processing payment which can level the operation load on a payment-receiving institution which accepts payment, reduce the collection risk and financial load that a claimant has, give economical profit to a payer, and increase the commission income of the institution. SOLUTION: The method has an input stage where request information is inputted to an information input/output terminal 11, a readout stage where the request information is supplied to the payment processing server 14, claimant information is specified, and a prepayment time limit is read out of the specified claimant information, a calculation stage where a discount amount is computed according to the result of a comparison between a reception date and the prepayment time limit, an output stage where the discount request amount after the discount amount is subtracted is supplied to the information input/output terminal 11 and outputted, and a reception stage where the discount request amount is collected from the payer instead of the claimant.
