Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display system enabling easy and comfortable enjoyment of an application using AR technique.SOLUTION: A portable image display device comprises: a touch panel; a stereoscopic display device allowing stereoscopic view with naked eyes; and a first imaging part and a second imaging part. The portable image display part detects a marker from a real world image taken by at least one of the first imaging part and the second imaging part, and determines from the detection result, a relative relation between a virtual object and a pair of virtual cameras in a virtual space. Then, the portable image display part composes a virtual space image drawn on the basis of a first virtual camera and a second virtual camera to the real world image taken by the first imaging part and the second imaging part, and makes the stereoscopic display device display the image stereoscopically visible with the naked eyes.
