Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always utilize a personal computer in an optimum environment. SOLUTION: A center side is provided with a plurality of personal computers 120 to 120n, a hard disk drive 14 in which a prescribed area is allocated to a user, and a switching controller 13 for selecting a suitable personal computer in response to available access from the user and switching and connecting the prescribed area of the hard disk drive allocated to the user to the personal computer, and the user connects a user terminal provided with a display 34 and an input device 32 provided on the user side to the personal computer provided on the center side through a public communication line network 2 and makes the personal computer available through the public communication line network 2.
