A user terminal 100 is provided with a time stamp requesting part 106 for requesting the issuing of a time stamp 109 from a plurality of time authentication stations about original copy data 101 requiring time authentication, a time stamp receiving part 110 for receiving time stamps 109 from a plurality of TSAs (time stamp authority) 200a, 200b and 200c, and a data management part 114 for associating the plurality of time stamps 109 received from the plurality of TSAs 200a, 200b and 200c with the original copy data 101 and storing them for a time stamp storage part 116.
