To provide a rotor and a stator which are higher in durability, and suppress deterioration in the forming capability of a magnetic field.
When the magnet 172 of the rotor 170 is formed, the magnetic field is formed in the axial direction of the rotor 170. With such a constitution, a magnetic powder 173 dispersed in resin forming a carrier 174 aligns along the magnetic field thus formed, by which a longitudinal direction of the magnetic powder included in the resin aligns along the magnetic field formed. As a result, the longitudinal direction of the magnetic powder, included in the magnet 172, becomes almost parallel to the axial direction of the rotor 170, namely to a flow of fuel in a fuel pass. The longitudinal direction of the magnetic powder is aligned in parallel with the shaft of the rotor 170, by which the magnetic powder, included in the magnet 172, becomes less likely to be exposed to the fuel-feeding pass from the outer peripheral face of the magnet 172. Due to the reduction in the exposure of the magnetic powder, the magnetic powder becomes less likely to be exposed to the fuel flowing through the fuel-feeding pass, and corrosion of the magnetic powder and deterioration of a surface are reduced.
