To provide a power supply circuit for illumination capable of reducing power loss generated for phase adjustment, in a power supply circuit for illumination used by being connected to a phase control type dimmer; to provide a lighting system; and to provide an illumination system.
This power supply circuit is provided with: reception terminals 31 and 32 for receiving an A.C. power voltage Vout having an on-phase angle adjusted by a phase control dimmer 2 for controlling the on-phase angle by turning on/off an A.C. power voltage Vac by using a thyristor Q1; a capacitor 1 connected between the reception terminals 31 and 32; a constant current circuit 34 for carrying a preset constant current in parallel with the capacitor 1; a D.C.-D.C. converter 33 for outputting power in response to a duty ratio of a voltage across the capacitor 1; and output terminals 35 and 36 for supplying power output from the D.C.-D.C. converter 33 to an externally-connected LED 4.
