A delivery routing device has means holding required travel time between every two points of a point group including a delivery base and a plurality of covered destinations, means holding allowable delivery time for delivery articles, means holding the azimuth of each covered destination formed by an azimuth line connecting the delivery base and the covered destination with a virtual azimuth baseline, means for extracting the covered destinations in ascending order of the azimuth, means for computing required round route time between every two points adjacent on a round route starting at the delivery base, passing all the extracted covered destinations in series and returning to the delivery base, means for dividing the extraction operation of the destination extraction means according to the result of the comparison of the computed required round route time with the allowable delivery time, and means for setting the round route whose required round route time has been computed by the route time computation means in each divided section, as a round route in the section.
