To carry out miniaturization, lightening in weight, and efficiency improvement of an apparatus by using a combination of a hot water supply heat exchanger and a latent heat recovery heat exchanger as a single heat source for hot water supply, heating, and a bath.
In the hot water supply device of a one tank multiple passage type, water from a water supply passage 1 is heated by a burner 2 and it is supplied to a hot water supply passage via the latent heat recovery heat exchanger 16 and the hot water supply heat exchanger 15, a hot water circulation circuit 19 is formed to carry out circulation to each heat exchanger 15, 16 by a circulating pump 17, a circuit is formed to supply a heating value to a load side by using the hot water of the hot water circulation circuit 19, and a hot water tap 6 or a hot water supply passage 3 for bathtub filling is formed, branched off from the hot water circulation circuit 19 having passed through a utilization side circuit. A flow rate sensor 33 is provided in the hot water circulation passage 19 after passing through the utilization side circuit and until it is branched off to the hot water supply circuit 3 to carry out detection of suspension of water supply and restoration therefrom.
