Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a liquid contained in a sucking fluid from flowing into a vacuum sucking section. SOLUTION: A valve casing 21 is provided at the lower section of a vacuum sucking section 14. In this case, the valve casing 21 surrounds a suction port 20 to the vacuum sucking section 14, and has an opening 22 on the lower surface. A float valve 27 for which a valve disc 24 and a float 25 are combined is arranged in the valve casing. The valve disc 24 can close the suction port 20 to the vacuum sucking section 14. The float 25 is provided vertically movably together with a liquid surface. A collision plate 28 which collides so that the sucking fluid containing the liquid may not directly go to the suction port 20 is provided between the suction port 20 and the opening 22 of the valve casing 21. Then, a rectifying plate 32 which turns the sucking fluid which changes the direction by the collision plate 28 is provided.
