To provide an air pouring apparatus pouring air into a fried bean curd bag on a placing part in a stopping place of an upstream by one, of a quantitative vinegared rice intermittently supplying apparatus, simplified in a pouring mechanism and capable of sufficiently swelling up to both the corner parts of a bottom.
The Inari (as Inari-zushi: fried bean curd stuffed with vinegared rice) filling machine comprises setting a horizontal intermittently rotating plate 2 on a machine frame 1, forming a plurality of fried bean curd bag placing parts 3 along the outer periphery of the rotating plate 2, and setting on the machine frame 1, the quantitative vinegared rice intermittently supplying apparatus 4 facing the upper side of the placing part 3. Vertically lifting and lowering metal fittings 5 are set directly above the placing part stopping on the upstream of the quantitative vinegared rice intermittently supplying apparatus 4, and a fried bean curd bag weight and a downward air injection needle 7 are set on the metal fittings 5 in a liftable slidable manner through springs 8 and 8'. Air is poured into the bottom of the fried bean curd bag 9 with the injection needle in a condition of pressing about the middle of the bean curd bag 9 to the placing part 3 with the weight and by force of the springs through lifting and lowering the metal fittings 5.
