To provide a hot water storage type hot water supply device capable of effectively utilizing water resources by effectively utilizing expansion water caused during hot water storage operation, and improving energy efficiency.
In the hot water storage type hot water supply device 1, hot water or its thermal energy stored in a hot water storage tank 3 heated by a heat source unit 2 is supplied to a thermal load 5 to carry out thermal load operation, and heating medium heated by the heat source unit 2 is supplied to a thermal load 6 to carry out thermal load operation. It is provided with an expansion water discharge circuit 70 discharging the expansion water caused during the hot water storage operation, and an expansion water storage tank 62 storing the expansion water. In operation of the thermal loads 5, 6, with respect to supply of the hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 3 or its thermal energy to the thermal loads 5, 6, supply of the expansion water stored in the expansion water storage tank 62, hot water including the expansion water, or its thermal energy to the thermal loads 5, 6 is given priority.
