Abstract:
To provide a simple ruler by which measurement of straight lines and curves can be performed easily.
The ruler 10 is composed by providing a long and slender ruler body 11 approximately in the shape of a rectangle by a plan view, and a first and a second finger catching portion 12, 13 provided on the sides of both longitudinal ends of this ruler body 11. The ruler body 11 is made up of an elastically deformable resin sheet, and is formed so as to be deformable into the shape of a straight line or a curve by inserting fingertips into the catching portions 12, 13 and making the distance between the fingertips longer or shorter.
