Abstract:
A communication device (1, 3) enables transmitting remaining packets to a terminal (2a) during a handover, with reduced inter-cell interference and with improved throughput. The communication device allocates a plurality of frequency bands among plural terminals (2a, 2b, ...2n) for wireless communication. A power booster (1a) increases transmission power of one of the frequency bands, and a frequency band allocator (1b) allocates the frequency band with the increased transmission power to a terminal (2a) that is performing a handover. Thus, the communication device (1) can transmit the remaining packets to the terminal (2a) with the increased transmission power.
