To provide a plastic film roll which sees through the optimum method in a case that a plastic film is industrially manufactured using a static mixer and shows uniform tensile characteristics and thickness over the whole length of a long film.
The plastic film roll is formed by taking up the plastic film with a length of 1,000-7,000 m. The plastic film is obtained by a method wherein two kinds of resins A and B different in chemical composition are respectively charged in separate extruders to be melted and the molten resins A and B are allowed to meet with each other to be passed through the static mixer, extruded from a T-die and closely brought into contact with a cooling roll to be cast to a film. The tensile strength at break, tensile elongation at break and thickness of all of samples cut out under a specific condition are received within a range of an average value of ±10% calculated therefrom.
