Piezoelectric elements 20A and 20B fixed to output terminal plates 18A and 18B in a detection unit 30 are positioned relatively with respect to a detection unit storage section 12r by engaging engagement sections 18aa and 18ba with a groove 12n of a vortex generator 12.
