Abstract:
To provide an organic electroluminescence element that allows low-voltage drive and has an excellent luminescence property and drive durability.
The organic electroluminescence element has an organic compound layer including at least one light-emitting layer between a pair of electrodes and is characterized in that the light-emitting layer contains in the light-emitting layer at least a metal complex with tri- or higher dentate ligands of one kind and a plurality of host compounds.
