Abstract:

To provide a technique for supporting the rapid determination of manufacturing specifications for achieving optimum production, related to a plurality of evaluation index values of products produced through processing in a plurality of processes.

The relation between the manufacturing specifications for each process and the evaluation index values is modeled from manufacture result data collected in each process (step 303); each evaluation index value for products is derived from a production schedule and manufacturing specifications for each process by using the model by simulation (step 304); a request for the production is given as an evaluation function (step 305); and the values of the manufacturing specifications of each process for optimizing the value of the evaluation function are determined rapidly from the production schedule and a process model (step 306).
