To achieve three-dimensional partial heating independent of a shape of a container as to a related to a microwave oven heating container.
An inner lid 10 of the microwave oven heating container 1 is composed of an aluminum foil layer 11, a heat adhesive resin layer 12 laminated on one face of the foil layer and a resin film layer 13 laminated on the other face of the foil layer. The center of the aluminum foil layer 11 has a circular lacking part 11a. The heat adhesive resin layer 12 has heat shrinking characteristics, and an arc-shaped cut 12a is formed at a position corresponding to the lacking part 11a. Ice cream stored in a microwave-shielded container body 20 is roughly completely prevented from being heated because an opening of the container body 20 is sealed with the inner lid 10 with the aluminum foil layer 11 and a microwave from the opening is also shielded. Thus, of the container 1 can be set to various shapes and size because a non-heated state is independent of the shape of the container 1. Chocolate on the inner lid 10 which is heated and melted is automatically placed on the ice cream through the opening formed of the curled cut 12a.
