To set a full charge voltage and re-charge detection voltage relatively accurately by sharing a single amplifier during constant voltage charging operation and recharge detection operation.
In the charging control circuit, a charge control unit 30 receives external voltage Vext and charge a battery 110. An input terminal 32 receives external voltage Vext from an external power supply 210. The battery 110 is connected to a battery terminal 34. The amplifier 40 generates an error voltage Verr corresponding to the error between battery voltge Vbat and a prescribed full charge voltage Vfull. A charging driver 50 receives the error voltage Verr from the amplifier 40 and charges the battery 110 by supplying the charge current Ichg so that the battery voltage Vbat coincides with the full charge voltage Vfull by feedback. The amplifier 40 functions as a comparator for comparing the battery voltage Vbat with the prescribed recharge detection voltage Vrch so as to detect a recharge timing, after the battery voltage Vbat coincides with the full charge voltage Vfull.
