A cylinder (10) and a piston (50) enclose a chamber (30) to be filled with a substance at times. The cylinder has an outlet element (36) on its front end (11). Inactive in a rear position (99), the piston is sealed in a sterile manner opposite the cylinder with static front (65) and rear (85) sealing elements, which each fit on the cylinder's wall (31) and on the piston's wall in sealing positions (67,87).
