Abstract:
To provide a polymer electroluminescent material that gives a red light of high purity with a high light-emission efficiency, and to provide an organic EL element and a display device exhibiting excellent durability while simplifying the manufacturing step and realizing area enlargement.
The polymer electroluminescent material comprises a polymer containing a structural unit derived from an iridium complex represented by general formula (1) (wherein R1-R4are each independently an atom or a substituent group selected from the group consisting of -H, -OH, -X1, -OX2, -SX3, -OCOX4, -COOX5, -SiX6X7X8, -NH2, -NHX9and -NX10X11; Z1is an atomic group for completing a five-membered or six-membered carbon or heterocyclic ring; and L is a bidentate ligand of a monovalent anion bearing a polymerizable functional group).
