To provide a charger controller for an electric vehicle, properly providing a user or a maintenance person of an electric vehicle with an event history about charging of a power storing means for the electric vehicle while suppressing an increase in cost.

The charging controller for an electric vehicle with a power storing means 18 to be charged with input power supplied from a power supply unit 41 includes: a counter value writing means 34 for writing a counter value n into a count value recording means 36 if an unusual charging event occurs; an event history writing mens 35 for writing an event history showing that the unusual charging event occurs into an event history recording means 37 if the event history occurs; and an event history deleting means 36 for subtracting the counter value n written into the counter value recording means 36 every time the control of the charger 15 normally finishes, and deleting the event history recorded in the event history recording means 36 when the counter value n reaches a threshold.
