To provide a fluid valve capable of performing opening and closing operation without causing a trouble even if liquid adheres to a valve body.
A communication port 162 is formed in a conical tapered shape with its opening area decreased from a first space A side toward a second space B side. The valve body 163 includes a first valve body 164, and a second valve body 165 having a contact face 165b for sealing a space between the first space A and the second space B by abutting on an inner peripheral face 162a of the communication port 162 from the first space A side. The contact face 165b is formed as a face configuring a portion of a spherical surface projecting toward the first space A from a space surrounded by the first valve body 164 and the second valve body 165. The second valve body 165 includes a through-hole 165c making the space surrounded by the first valve body 164 and second valve body 165 communicate with the second space B regardless of abutment between the valve body 163 and a partitioning member 161. The second valve body 165 is further inclined toward the second space B side as it comes near the through-hole 165c.
