The system includes a database which stores data of cause-specific past defect occurrence frequencies of each product: cause-specific defect prevention measures; a control means which automatically controls a processing device based on the defect prevention measures to improve factors causing the defects prior to production; product data and defect prevention measures called from the database; and a monitor which displays the data and defect prevention measures, and the production is performed after a person in charge of production checks the monitor. The processing device is automatically controlled based on the defect prevention measures to improve the factors prior to production. The processing device is manually processed based on the defect prevention measures to improve the factors causing failures prior to production.
