Abstract:
To provide a fuel cell system capable of adjusting the moisture quantity of a cathode electrode to a proper quantity.
The fuel cell system comprises a fuel cell, provided with an electrolyte and an anode electrode and a cathode electrode which is a pair of electrodes, arranged on its both sides and a fuel supply system for supplying a fuel to the fuel cell. Furthermore, the fuel cell system is provided with a pressure-adjusting means for adjusting the fuel supply pressure, at supplying fuel, from the fuel supply system to the fuel cell and a control means which controls the fuel supply pressure by the pressure adjusting means, according to the state of the cathode electrode.
