To provide a heat insulating wall which can easily be constructed and also is excellent in heat insulating performance.
The heat insulating wall 1 is composed of an inner wall 2 forming an indoor space, a plurality of vacuum heat insulating materials 4 aligned in a grid pattern so as not to have a core material overlapped with an indoor side face of the inner wall 2, a furring strip 6 for contacting with an indoor side face of a heat-welding part in the vacuum heat insulating material 4, a tacker 5 which penetrates through the furring strip 6 and the heat-welding part and strikes into the inner wall 2 so as to fix the furring strip 6 on the inner wall 2, and a board member 8 fixed on the furring strip 6 and covering the vacuum heat insulating material 4 and the furring strip 6 from the indoor side. In the heat insulating material 4, all parts of outer covering members 11 in which the outer covering members 11 are tightly adhered to each other are heat-welded. Around the outer periphery of the vacuum heat insulating material 4, a limb which is composed of the outer covering members 11 heat-welded to each other is disposed. The limb of one of the adjacent vacuum heat insulating materials 4 overlaps the limb of the other vacuum heat insulating material 4 in the thickness direction of the vacuum heat insulating material 4.
