To make simple the structure of an ejector forcing to detach from electronic equipment.
A battery pack has a forced detaching mechanism 3 in a case 1 housing a battery 2. The forced detaching mechanism 3 includes: an ejector 4 connected to the case 1 so as to go and return between a pushing-out position and a connection position; a coil spring 5 pressing the ejector 4 to the connection position; a spring guide 6 arranging the coil spring 5 in the prescribed position of the case 1; and a pushing-out mechanism 8 moving the ejector 4 from the connection position to the pushing-out position. The ejector 4 integrally has a first locking stopper 11 at the end part of the surface side of the case 1 and a second locking stopper 12 at the end part of the opposite side. The coil spring 5 is arranged between the second locking stopper 12 and the case inner surface, and elastically presses the second locking stopper 12. The forced detaching mechanism 3 moves the ejector 4 from the connection position to the pushing-out position and forces the electronic equipment 9 to be separate from the case 1 when a lever 7 is operated.
