Abstract:
A method of disseminating information in system having data sources and data recipients is disclosed. The method comprises receiving a generic utility function at a data source for information to be delivered to a data recipient based upon an application for which the information is to be used; and using data related to an environment in which the information is to be propagated to modify the generic utility function.
