The head includes a head body 5 having a top wall part 2, peripheral wall part 3 and a nozzle part 4 and is mounted on the discharger. The nozzle part includes a first nozzle cylinder part 15 extended toward the front part at the peripheral wall part, and a second nozzle cylinder part 17 which communicates with the first nozzle cylinder part, is extendedly provided downwardly to the first nozzle cylinder part and on which a downwardly opened hole 16 is formed. In the second nozzle cylinder part, a plug body 20 blocking the nozzle hole is inserted in a state that plug body 20 is energized upward. In the first nozzle cylinder part, a moving member 23 supporting the plug from the upper side is inserted. A moving mechanism 26 is provided, which moves the moving member rearward by pushing down of the head body, and moves the moving member forwardly by releasing the push-down. The plug is moved upwardly by upward energizing force following the rearward movement of the moving member. The push-down head 1 is provided, which is downwardly pushed down following the forward movement of the moving member.
