Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera cover which prevents the adhesion of water droplets and dirt so as to be able to ensure the clearness of images, and a camera.SOLUTION: A camera cover comprises: a dome part 130 covering an entire imaging surface of a camera part 110; and a camera body which supports and fixes a circular opening of the dome part 130. An outer surface 130a of the dome part 130 has a hydrophilic coat 131 having a water contact angle of 5-30 degrees, and a surface of the hydrophilic coat 131 has the center line average roughness Ra of 0.01-0.06 μm.
