To provide a control device for a right and left drive force adjusting device for a vehicle for always performing attitude control regardless of a charging rate of a secondary battery and performing attitude control without causing incompatibility resulting from deceleration.
A torque difference for performing attitude control is calculated (steps S1, S2). According to an increase or a decrease of the charging rate of the secondary battery, a distribution rate of the torque difference to an electric AYC motor and a brake device is varied (steps S3 to S6). The attitude control is performed by controlling each of the electric AYC motor and the brake device by the distributed torque difference (steps S6 to 14).
