To provide an engine start-up control system by which power consumption of a battery can be held low.
The engine start-up control system S includes: a sensor-detected information-detecting means 11 provided in an engine start-up control device 10 for detecting specific sensor-detected information at the time of stop of the engine 40; storing parts 12, 22 which store information associated with the sensor-detected information detected by the sensor-detected information-detecting means 11; and engine start-up control-inhibiting means 11, 21 which read information associated with sensor-detected information stored in the storing parts 12, 22 when the start-up control of the engine 40 by the engine start-up control device 10 is remotely operated and inhibit the start-up control of the engine 40 by the engine start-up control device 10 when the information does not satisfy conditions for prescribed engine start-up permission.
